TO THE DONORS: Al Zaman Foundation maintains accounting systems to maintain accounting for all operating expenses, donations received and disbursed. Donors will receive receipts of their donations, year-end donations statements for record keeping and tax purposes via email.
If we cannot deliver your donation to your program or service of choice for any reason, the funds will go toward a similar program. You will be informed regarding the change.
You will receive a reminder email one month before your Monthly Grocery Plan, which you signed up for and contributed to, expires.
You can cancel your recurring payments anytime. Send the request to donations@alzamanfoundation.org OR Friendsofalzamaninc@gmail.com
For certain services that you contributed towards e.g. Clean Water Program, Rozgaar Scheme; video clips and/or photos as proof of service will be sent to your email address or WhatsApp account only.
Any information about you and your donations will be kept confidential and shall not be used by any 3rd party for any purpose.
A portion of your donations, 1 percent approximately will be expensed toward reasonable administrative costs, such as payment processor fees, web site hosting charges and advertising. This percentage may be adjusted as needed to counter inflation and rise in administrative costs. We will keep you up to date in this matter.
Donors will receive regular updates and reports on the progress and outcomes of our services as to enhance transparency and awareness.
